AuthorThe author is a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator practicising in India. She has previously worked as a Consultant Dietitian in Wockhardt hospital and has been associated with renowned pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. as a Visiting Faculty for Nutrition where she was involved in training Patient educators in the areas of Diabetes management and Case managers for Cancer. She has completed her post graduation in Nutrition from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and has been trained at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She has also authored various articles on diabetes management, obesity, weight gain and heart disease for the prestigious magazine Science Reporter published by NISCAIR, CSIR, New Delhi.
